Our Support Hours
We place a strong emphasis on providing excellent support. Our goal is to offer polite, prompt, precise, and valuable assistance to all users, ensuring a seamless experience whether you’re buying or selling a dog. Our team is well-versed in the regulations governing dog sales, ensuring your compliance with the constantly evolving legal environment.We offer support between the following times:
- Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 10am – 2pm
- Irish holidays – Limited coverage
Outside these times, replies to tickets will be delayed, rest assured we will get back to you 🐶. Our aim is to reply to you within 2 hours with an answer and / or a solution.

Hi. I am a registered show breeder of English cocker spaniels. I would like to know how I advertise my 3 puppies for sale with you. The pups are clear b.p. For FN and GPRA. They will be 8 weeks on September 21st. They have been microchipped, vaccinated for Lepto4 and Parvo and are registered with the IKC. I have 1 male and 2 females available. I only breed 1 litter per year. Both parents can be seen and the puppies have been home reared.
