Searching & Filtering ads 🔎

A great way to find what you are looking for is to filter or search the ads, this can save you time in finding that perfect dog. Filters allow you to just see those types of dogs that match your preferences, e.g. if you just want to see what dogs are available in your county. Searches allow you to find ads with particular keywords in them. Instead of going through pages and pages of ads, you can get a list of only those types dogs you are interested in.

Filter for sale ads

For sale ads can be filtered 8 different ways. You can filter by:

1. Sex – Male or Female
2. Breed
3. Price – minimum & / or maximum price
4. Age range – under 3 months, 3-6 months, 6-24 months, over 24 months
5. Size – small breeds, medium sized breeds, large breeds
6. Location – by county
7. IKC Registered
8. VeriPet Verified

Filter for stud ads

For stud ads can be filtered 7 different ways. You can filter by:

1. Sex – Male or Female
2. Breed
3. Price – minimum & / or maximum price or pick of the litter
4. Age range – 1-2 years, 2-4 years, over 4 years
5. Size – small breeds, medium sized breeds, large breeds
6. Location – by county
7. IKC Registered

Note: When breed or size is selected, the other one isn’t available. Breeds are already organised by size.

Multiple filters

It’s possible to set multiple filters at the same time, to get a more precise search result, e.g.

You remove the filters by clicking on the “✕” beside your filer. You can clear all by clicking by “Clear All“.

Searching keywords

It’s also possible to search keywords in an ad. Example searching for ads with the word “friendly” in it.

Can’t find what you are looking for ?

Even with the search & filter functions it’s possible that you won’t find a dog to match your preference, we may not have your dream puppy currently listed. In this case you can create a email ad alert, and when a new dog that matches your search criteria is posted you will get an email right to your inbox. We’ll monitor all the new ads and send you an email when a match is posted.
