How to download your Fido Certificate

    Fido Login page : https://www.fido.ie/portal-login

    When you log in with your microchip number and 5 digit owners PIN you will see the following menu on the left hand side.

    Clicking on ⬇️ Downloads you will see two options to download the certificate / eCert or to download a verification document (see examples below).

      Im unable to locate my chip certificate n dog lost 2 days need to update phone number 🙃
